I submitted a claim on the eXpense365 app weeks ago, and it’s still not approved! What’s going on?

Please ask your PAT if they’ve approved the claim. The Finance team do not receive the request until the PAT
approves them.
During busy periods (usually term time) the Finance team can get up to 300+ claims in one week. Please bear with us!
