  • My bank statement shows I have been charged twice for a purchase I made on the KCLSU website. What do I do?
  • I no longer want to be a member of a society or club. How do I cancel my membership?
  • I accidentally purchased something on the KCLSU website. How do I cancel this and get a refund?
  • We’re confused about a transaction on the SAG Report, which relates to the last academic year. And/or we are not sure what the “Brought Forward” balance refers to. Can we see the SAG Report from last year?
